Mark opens demonstrations at the France Show, Earls Court
British Master Chef Mark Baumann was delighted to have been given the honour of opening Cooking demonstrations at the France show in Earls Court, London.
Mark was demonstrating following an invitation by Jean Christophe Novelli in the Novelli Cookery theatre to packed audiences.
He entertained the crowds with Jean Christophe and Steven Kitchen cooking a variety of typical French food including Pernod poached sea bass, clams a la mariniere and Camembert & rosemary bread.
