Great British Master Chef Mark Baumann is set to endorse The Great Essex Feast - a fund raising event on behalf of the Essex and Hertfordshire Air Ambulance.

 

The charity event was kick started by Mark who dropped in at the Air Ambulance base in Boreham, Essex where he gave a cookery class to a variety of chosen guests alongside the Air Ambulance.

 

The fund raising event encourages the people of Essex to host lunch or dinner parties and to charge their guests accordingly! All monies received are then donated to the Air ambulance fund.

 

Mark has donated a day course at his popular Cooking Academy for auction and his hoping to encourage people to dig deep for this very worthwhile and necessary charity.
