Learn the tricks of the trade from local TV chef and author Mark Baumann in a fun but informative cookery class which are temporarily being held at our very own working kitchen here at Baumanns Brasserie!

A maximum group size of six people will ensure you get the most out of the course - with bags of personal instruction and guidance. Meanwhile, the easy going, interactive nature of these sessions, with ample time for discussion, will help you put your newly learned skills into practice with confidence when you return home.

The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm and are priced between £135 and £180, depending on their degree of complexity and ingredients used. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.

Mark is also available for an intensive one to one cookery day from £800.
